SYNOPSIS
The fan-film "DAYWALKER" follows the vampire-hunting badass, BLADE, on his last leg to hunt and kill the son of Dracula, XARUS. With an ancient blood magic spell from the historical vampire and underworld text, THE DARKHOLD, Xarus will be able to resurrect every vampire who has perished and grant them the ability to walk in the sunlight.
With the blood sacrifice of a dhampir, a being who is half-human and half-vampire, the spell can be cast. Kidnapping and manipulating the dhampir, KING, the son of Dracula has all he needs to carry out the last leg of his vampiric world domination. Fulfilling his purpose as the LORD OF ALL VAMPIRES upon their resurrection.
Blade, with the guidance of his older mentor, JAMAL AFARI, must do all he can to stop the resurrection spell and save King from the grasp of Xarus.
DAYWALKER is a completely original story influenced by and crafted to add to the amazing and influential legacy of Marvel Comics' "BLADE."
Screenplay is written by Miles N. Reuben - starring Darius Franklin & Rodney Dykes.
